I purchased a refurbished iphone XR in late January 2022 and it has completely died. There was a one-year warranty. How do I go about getting the phone repaired or replaced?

HI @Heather666 not sure if you open ticket with PM yet. Please note for CPO phone ticket, do not use the chatbot link provided, opening CPO ticket with chatbot still not working.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

It doesn't turn on at all? Just a brick now? There have been other customers who have had similar experiences with the CPO phones.
