Phone cannot send or receive calls

@Northwestfrog  - i do not notice any outages reported in your area:

Are you a new customer that has not been able to make/receive calls all along? Or, an existing one, that this just happened all of a sudden?

 

Try 1 or more of the below:

  • restart your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
  • move your sim card to another phone to see if calling works
  • manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if calling improves

Are you a new customer or are you using a new phone?  Also, if you set the network mode to 3g-only does it connect to the Public Mobile network?  Compatibility with that type of network is required for phone calls.
