Phone can't receive text messages

Hello,

I recently got back to Canada after being in the US on with a roaming add-on. 

My phone can send texts but can't recieve them. I can recieve calls too.

@aimerae, there is some sort of bug in the system when a US add-on expiring cause unintended consequences.  You will need to contact the moderator team to fix the problem.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.
