The number IS in service… If i try calling the number from any other phone- it works. My husband tried with his phone - it works. I phoned with my landline - it works. Why is my mobile not recognizing some numbers (with same area code as me)? And why is the message 6utc - coming up?

Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

try to make the call manually by putting a 1 in front of the 10 digits number
And if you have another phone around, try to put your sim card there and see if it works. Putting the sim in another phone would force a sim re-provision and that might help

HI @Lisafleeca
was it just couple numbers that does not work?
Reboot your phone first and it could clear it up
Or just try your PM sim in your husband phone and see if it works.

@Lisafleeca did you just activate your line today?
Try to reboot your phone once and see if it works
