is that a new activation and you ported your number in PM? if you did, did you reply Yes to a text for your old carrier? If that is new activation with port, It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
