Are you still having issues with your account? Usually, once you top up your plan, the account should be re-activated immediately. Do you see the $70 in available funds?
May try rebooting your phone.
If still having issues, may need to contact customer service agent. Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.
