i just topped up my account on June 20 2025 a $60 voucher and $10 Voucher however it is still not active plan , please help to activate the plan on this account.

Are you still having issues with your account?  Usually, once you top up your plan, the account should be re-activated immediately.  Do you see the $70 in available funds?  

May try rebooting your phone.  

If still having issues, may need to contact customer service agent. Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.
