Can I change my Public Mobile phone number to my number I had with a previous provider?

You should be able to "port" (transfer) in your phone number from your old service provider to Public Mobile IF your account is still active. Reply YES to the text for authorization for the transfer (text will go to your old phone number).

yes, if your previous number with the other carrier is still active. Number has to be active to port in

just login My Account, go to Profile and click Transfer Phone number and fill in the info

then your old carrier will send a porting authorization text to the old carrier sim and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins
