the Moto E series is marketed and sold in the Latin American/Europe/Asia and is not a North American phone. Hence, it is very likely not a phone on PM's VoLTE whitelist. If you are just planning to get the phone, I would avoid.
However, if you have the phone with you, or able to get the IMEI, please confirm it using the IMEI checker here:
