Hi,
wondering if someone could check my account balance, when I first logged in it said my account was deactivated in Nov 2022, I want to make sure you have received my payments.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
if you have a auto payment sometime be fail,,if you do not have a service, go and pay a manual roll,

@julia79 hi dial *611 on your phone,it will tell you your next payment date and if you have funds in your account

Well we can't .....customer support can but that sounds like your renewal is August 24th? If you don't pay on that date you have 90 days to pay and reactivate your services or your account will be cancelled and deactivated on that date you mentioned November 22nd 2022 (11/22/22). That's pretty normal messaging although we are just getting used to the new self serve accounts ourselves. At least that's an easy doomsday date to remember. You never want to get it to the last day.....been there and messed that one up before....its a pretty unforgiving date to miss!!
