Why wasn't my payment taken out as pre authorization payment as it has in the past ?

Login to your account and make sure the Subscribe button is enabled. If not, enable the button and make a manual payment to restore service.

just do a double check to make sure your payment card hasn't expired...that tends to sneak up on us.

@Carrie88 like any prepayment system, it might have problem. Just make a manual payment
