I have been trying for 2 months to update my payment method and it will not work thur the app or online and I cannot get in via calling either

HI @Ginger_B420 

if you have tried that for 2 months, I think you account would have been suspended for 45 days or more.  Remember, account would be closed after 90 days.    I think you should try to pay by voucher first.  Get it from Shoppers drug mart and load it via *611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC

did you open ticket with PM and ask them to check?  Many had problem with updating payment, but they usually get it resolved in the end , at least from that I helped

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Ginger_B420 Are you having trouble updating your card or login issue? Try using incognito or private browsing mode to update the card details. If you are having issues logging in, you can reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link.
