There are 2 ways to create Eversafe ID to login to your account to make payments. This is all new on PM in the last week.
The is a new PM app or simply login to self serve account and create Eversafe ID with your registered email address but you might need to create a new password containing upper case, lower case, number and symbol.
Note that your Community email will change to the registered email.

You already logged in using EverSafe, just not completed the process yet 🙂
you are now login to this account @Angela-jo with the same email you used to login My Account? if so, click My Account https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/ and follow the steps to link the phone number to your EverSafe ID

Did you create an Eversafe ID to login to your account to make a payment?
What have you tried so far so we know how to help.

@Angela-jo what have you tried?
you tried using My Account to pay? If you already did, wait an hour before you try again or you try other trick below
1. Try to pay from My Account, Payment page
2. try using *611 to to pay if you know the 4 digits PIN
If both do not work
you can buy a voucher from SDM/711/Shell for quick workaround, then load the voucher using *611 (no 4 digits account pin needed)
then open ticket with PM support via private message:

dial 611 to pay with yourt on-file credit card, you'll need your PM pin number.
Alternative is to get payment vouchers then dial 611 to add'em to the acct.
