I have tried since yesterday to get this corrected but am having no luck. Talking to a robot is so frustrating when it can’t help you. I need to get this addressed as soon as possible or I will be left with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. One frustrated customer.

have you tried getting payment vouchers from Shell gas and then dialing 611 to add them to your account for renewal ?
If no success dialing 611, try 1-855-4PUBLIC...then enter your 10 digit PM cell number.

if you did wait an hour and try again and same, then Yes, you need to submit a ticket for PM agent to help
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
