I have a registered card, tried to make a payment and it keeps coming up “ ooops there was a problem with the payment try again later “ I have tried again later but still keeps coming up with that error. There is money in the bank !!! ( I bought vouchers and entered the codes and it accepted that payment ) just curious why it will not accept my registered card that I have used before ?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer.

Wait an hour first
Then clear cache and relaunch browser
or you can try to use Private or Incognito browser mode
or you can try using a different browser on a different device.

The payment system can be finnicky.
Next time, try clearing cache and cookies, then opening an incognito tab before logging in to make payment.
Then, when on the self-serve site, try tapping the little refresher icons within to get an up to date version of the page.
