Simple, I just login to your account and disable AutoPay and remove your CC information.

@PKL1 Log into your self serve account and toggle pre-authorized payments off or submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support to remove your payment card. Here's a link to chatbot: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
