I had this problem the other day. Clear your browser and log in using secret/incognito mode should solve the issue. But you will need to wait one full hour since you last attempted to use your credit card.

@lmohan  System should accept any cards issued by Canadian or US financial institutions   Not sure about Prime credit card, but for sure CIBC Visa is ok

Wait a full hour and try again using Incognito mode and see if it works.

if not, you might need to open ticket with PM Support and have them confirm what was the issue
