There isn't any reason for this customer to contact a customer support agent. Unnecessarily advising customers to contact a CSA will unfortunately slow down the service for everyone. As the customer has lost the SIM card, the person will need to purchase a new one.

@aidoanhphuong - do you have a Telus or Koodo store near you? Call them and check if they have any Public Mobile sims in stock. If so, buy one from there then perform a SIM-SWAP on your account.

Yes this is a prepaid service. You can simply go buy another sim and then change it in your account. It would be extremely unlikely to get any kind of refund for either unused days or the sim. As mentioned, you can suspend the account, which would stop anybody from using it, but the prepaid days still count down.

This is a good one! You LOST SIM and you are asking for refund?
Let me try go to grocery store, but food for a month or two and come back asking for refund as food is 'lost' in my belly.
I thought I have seen everything in this community, but this is new and creative one!

You should login to your account and click on Lost/Stolen phone so the SIM service is cancelled incase someone finds it and use it for their use.
Contact a CS_Agent for a refund.

@aidoanhphuong ok so you paid for a plan set up an account and then lost your sim? I don't think you will get a refund since this is a "prepaid" service but you can contact a customer service agent if you like

No, I paid the payment for the data and calls, but I found out I lost that sim card already, which means I didn't even use the data or service I paid for. It happened yesterday.
