Hello Chris this is Sxx Mxxxxx. I have a slight issue with my phone. They have actually taken out two payments, one on March 24th and the other on March 26th. There should only be one payment taken out and I am really worried about this

Chris, is it possible that you would be able to please help me with this. Thank you

@smajithia  - This is the community forum, did you mean to respond to a message from a customer support agent? 

You can go to the envelope at the top right and you should see a message there to respond to directly and privately.

@smajithia are you trying to reply CS agent ?  This is the Community and we are just customers like you 

 

Reply support message in your inbox if there is one.  Or open ticket with PM support

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

 

For the double payments, are they showing on the transaction log?  Were they a manual payments?  What are the descriptions for both?
