I add a voucher it says its no good . I add 2 different credit cards its says they are no good .why when I know they are all good . How do I get a live person

There isn't any way to talk to a live person. All support is done through the ticketing and private messaging system.  Unfortunately, that isn't in real-time.

@Boushkieloulou when registering your credit card use all capital letters.

Some store does not activate the topup voucher right away.  Wait a day and try again.

 

For setting up autopay, make sure the credit card address matches what is on your statement.
1. If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.
2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.

It can take a few hours for the voucher to be activated..

The payment system can be finicky.  Maybe try in 1 hour again.  Clear cache, incognito mode or another web browser.  

 

With credit card information, make sure that the name and address exactly matches your credit card banking address.  If apartment number, leave that section blank.  

 

As for payment vouchers, sometimes it takes 24 hours to activate.
