Can’t verify my credit card it’s the same one I’ve always used

@Goetz11 , if you have had problems trying and failing several times, it could be that your credit card has been locked out by the system. It might be worthwhile checking in with the moderator team to see if they need to remove the block. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. Try using a different browser and incognito mode. Also clear your cache and cookies the reboot. Try removing and adding back your credit card.

@Goetz11 Clear your browser history, go to private/incognito mode, and try again to add it.
When entering your debit/credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement (capitalize all if necessary);
2. Leave the apartment field blank. If applicable, enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address;
3. Enter your postal code without spaces (if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).

@Goetz11 Hello if you have recently received a new credit card you must go into your self serve account and update your card especially expiry date good luck

Don't use apt number and don't use space in postal code
Try cleaning cache and incognito mode
If it still doesn't work try later
