If you don't see the reward on you account by now...you should contact a moderator for their assistance. This is the notification they sent on Friday...

 

This issue is now resolved as of Oct 25, 2019.

Hey Community,

 

We have identified an issue affecting select customers who renewed their service on Oct 23 & 24, in which customers did not have their Rewards applied to their payment. Data services, SMS, and calling are unaffected by this issue.

 

Rest assured that if you have been impacted by this issue, there is no need to create a ticket at this point in time. Our technical team has identified all impacted customers, and will be applying the missing Rewards as an account credit as well as providing a confirmation SMS by end of day. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

The same thing happened to me. I topped-up my account last week.
During the renewal on Oct 25, I was expecting the $2 autopay reward to cover the remaining cost of my plan.
Instead $2 + taxes was charged to my credit card.

I had written to moderators and already received a reply possibly from a new employee. He said that everything is ok. I just wrote back asking where is my $2 autopay reward?

@sarahwingmuichu , it is possible that your account may have been missed.  According to the announcement, affected customers were to have received confirmation of correction in and around the 24th.  I would ask the moderator team just in case.

PM knows about this issue.  According to the announcement, PM will credit your account soon.
