Why my payment date keeps changing?

unlike most provider, PM has a 30 days cycle (not monthly).  The payment date will move up one day after a 31 days month, but will push back 2 or 3 days after February

because PM is different.  Instead of a monthly cycle, PM is using a 30 days cycle and hence the renewal date will change
