I’ve been charged for a service where I paid and services were suspended. I paid again and the services resumed. I am requesting a refund. Thank you,

if you paid extra, you should see it showing as a credit as Available Funds on My Account. You can leave it there for next renewal.
PM usually do not provide refund, but since you got paid twice for a different reason, they might be willing to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
