I need to update my Credit Card info.
But I can't get to that site as the screen says 'resume activation'.
I all ready have a working subscription.

this seems to be a glitch for many today. Click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start process to Customer Support.
Alternative; try using the app to update payment card.
