Hi it seems as though my service has been suspended as account didn’t have funds overnight for payment, now I’m suspended and my current account has the funds. How can public mobile attempt to take funds now so I can have service restored thank you

if you have no service now, login using Incognito mode with your browser to My Account, then use this link to make a manual payment to resume

You can also dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment but you will need a PIN.
If you don’t remember setup your PIN. You can reset it.

if you now have $$ enough to cover plan costs...log in to your account , you should see how to Resume service.
