hi @Evyy don't use app, use the direct link I sent earlier using the browser to make payment

Thank you, the button is not there and I have updated my credit card info. I also called *611 to make a payment over the phone but I also don’t know where I locate my 4-digit pin they’re asking for.

hi @Evyy for most of us, the pay button is hidden. if you cannot find it , please use this link
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
but you can also try using the PM app, click Payment page and check if Add funds using credit card is a choice there

@Evyy Log into your account go to payment page and you will see the loads funds with credit card or vouchers

please use this link to load funds and trigger the renewal
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
then reboot the phone
