Hi my credit card company contacted me and told me I was double charged by public mobile. They suggested I contact public before they accelerate the issue. I tried in the community section. Received a ticket but no one ever got back to me.

Agents are available Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 10 PM EST.

Depending on how busy they are it sometimes takes a day or two.

I checked my in box, it is empty

@Darlene26   Have you checked your inbox for a reply?  For some people it's accessed at an envelope icon top right but depending on device there may not be an envelope.  If there isn't then you need to tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon to see if there is a red indicator at Messages.

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
