So I just started with public last month and I paid with a prepaid credit card and now when I try to change it to the prepaid card I bought for this month it keeps saying that it can't do the transaction try again later what am I doing wrong, I'm not very tech savvy

@Bobbybuilder  You may need to wait one full hour and try again . But try incognito or private mode or even from a different device or computer instead . If still same submit ticket with support to help you update

Wait another two hours and try using Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to try again.  For postal code, you can put any valid postal code for prepaid credit card.
