Hi, I received a text saying that I needed to update my credit card for auto-pay. Found this strange seeing I have not changed my credit card. Did anyone else receive this or is it a scam? I know someone who has been with pm for 5 years and hasn't received anything like this before. Thanks in advance.

Funny you say that. My new card came in the mail today as my credit card expires next month. Thanks for inadvertently reminding me.

@Maya3 , is the text from a short code or 10 digit phone number. Public Mobile usually sends SMS via 611 and 5129.

@Maya3 Maybe check your credit card is it about to expire . Want to make sure it won’t before your next renewal . Or you plan won’t renew
