How to get my Public Mobile Account Number?

It's under profile tab when you log in towards the bottom. 

@MdYusuf261151   was it an password wrong error or Page not available error? or an error with some hex numbers?

 

and if you tried everything, have you open a ticket with PM support yet/

what was the exact error? password failed? or another error?

 

did you try to login using Incognito or Private mode?

 

if password problem or unsure of the email address used to login 

 

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Account Number on self service is under your Profile tab.  Tap the eye symbol, or hover cursor over it to unmask:

Log in to your account and go into the Profile tab. Or find it in your welcome email. But your subject line says payment. What seems to be the problem?
