I’m set up with autopay and no payment was taken but my service has been suspended.

Pay manually through web site or call 611 as long as you have valid creidt card on file.

Hi @My2reds auto payment will fail sometimes
Try to make a manual payment to resume service. Either login My Account and click Reactivate my plan or use *611 to pay the amount due
