Account suspended because payment method expired. I am on a payment page that allows me to use different payment method. I have provided all the information and confirmed at checkout. But the payment can’t be processed due to a page error. I can’t login to my actual account due to the suspension to physically update payment method in account.

@Mikeedwards If you're still waiting to hear back from CSA's and need to make a payment urgently, purchase a voucher which are available from most retailers, gas stations or convenience stores and load it by dialing 611 on your phone. There's also online sellers like recharge.com that will email voucher PIN but charge a fee for their service. That gives you more time to deal with the payment page issue.
