@Ylt log into your self service account and see if the duplicate payment is showing as a credit there. If it is, PM is prepaid, thee are no refunds. If you as lucky enough to get a sympathetic moderator and get one. It takes approximately 1 month. So its better to leave it to pay for the next 30 day cycle.
If its only showing up as a pending charge online in your credit card acount. Ignore it, it usually clears up overnight. Welcome to the community. Stay safe.

For something such as top up, a duplicate payment would cause extra funds to be deposited into your Public Mobile account balance. If that's happened, it might be easier to leave the extra balance there for the next renewal.
