Why doesn't Public mobile have a customer service that can answer my problems with my payment? In stead, they just cut me off. I sure would like someone to tell me why they won't accept my Visa, Mastercard or my Visa Debit card I want an answer from Public Mobile or I will go to a different service!!!

@DeryllW did you get this to work? Did you try formatting your name and address to exactly match your statement info?

That is Public Mobile's business model: No phone support. All support questions go through this community and for major account problems you need to contact the mods.
Is it a Canadian credit card you would like to use? Public Mobile only accepts Canadian ones.
@ute1978, You can also use US based credit cards in PM. This was confirmed a while back, and I think is now part of the KB article (somewhere).

@DeryllW the key to making the PM system accept your credit card is to enter all the info (essentially your name and address) exactly the way it appears on your credit card statements, right down to capitalization, punctuation, abbrevating/not abbreviating rd/ave/st etc., and so on.
One that helps a lot of people that live in places with a unit/appartment number is to enter it all on line 1 if your credit card combines them. So for example, if you live in unit #123 at 555 Fake St and your credit card statement prints your address as "123-555 FAKE ST", enter exactly that in address line 1 and leave the appartment/unit number field blank.

First try it different browser internet,
if you have credit card expiry date.
First you have to removing the existing card and add your new credit card
You have to Re-enter credit card information .
Like your name and credit card number and expiry date.
if not working you have to try to log out from your account and close all browser internet after 5 mint login.and if you dont working
you need send a private message >> Click here

- your Name
- your account number ,if you have it
- your phone number
- your account, 4 digit PIN
- date of birth
- Detailed explanation of specific your issue

Credit card problems: try again after clearing your browser’s cache and using incognito/private mode, or a different browser.
