1. I thought I set up my credit card for the recurring payment. But it seems it failed. And Public Mobile cut my service on my payment date. What can I do?
2. With dial *611, it always asks me to key in a 4 digits code. How can I set it up?

PM is a prepaid carrier, if it cannot get the payment, it stops the service, it is how prepaid works
login to My Account, click Pay and Resume service now and pay
if you don't see the button, use this link to access payment page. But you need to login My Account using a browser first, then use the link
