I've been trying for 2 days to pay, all I get is " cannot process your payment at this time, please try again later" please help!!

Clear the cache on the browser.

Or try dialing 611 but you might require a PIN but you can reset it.

If that didn’t work then the last option it to contact a CS_Agent in the morning.

How come your are not on AutoPay when you setup your account? It should pay automatically.
