I've been trying for 2 days to pay, all I get is " cannot process your payment at this time, please try again later" please help!!

Clear the cache on the browser.
Or try dialing 611 but you might require a PIN but you can reset it.

How come your are not on AutoPay when you setup your account? It should pay automatically.

How are you trying to pay?
In the PM website or dialing 611 or calling 1-855-4PUBLIC?
Paying with a CC or with voucher?
