Hello,

Why my last monthly payment went up from $20 to $24?

I didn't make any changes to my plan.

There was a price hike for the $20/3GB plan.  The new price for the same plan is $24 after April 1st.  
Like any mobile provider, PM reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days’ notice.  A notification was sent via SMS near the end of February.

To offset this increase, PM has provided you with an improved $24 plan with more data.  Please check your My Account > Change Subscription page for the plan, use Change on Renewal to schedule the plan change.
