maybe you have 2 different plans? if you have one plan but it charges twice for different amount, something not right. You can go to Payment history and post a screenshot and we can try to help (remember to remove personal info)
or you can also ask PM to check and sort it out
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
