I've been speaking with Mary regarding changing my preauthorized payment credit card number. I have NO CEL SERVICE at my location so the 6 digit code sent to the 729 number doesn't work. it is sent to my email and I have entered that code many times but it will not accept it. any idea what my next step might be?
