@Bradford7773 if you tried to many times you may need to wait full 24 hours and try again using incognito mode / private browser . Best to use the app if you haven’t been you can go as far as deleteting the app and reinstall it . And allow location services on whitin the app when you first open it back up and it should work . In the mean time if your in a hurry you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and mod the funds *611 to resume services right away
