What is the story with not having the option to speak to a REAL person in "customer service"? The local gas stations told me the voucher system for PM was not operational and now I can't renew my account for the month. Can't seem to get anyone to actually talk to in order to get this solved. I just knew it when Telus got their greedy fingers back in the proverbial mix, it would turn to crap.

Ended up going to shoppers to get voucher. Here's where I think PM dropped the ball again. If there is a change to the service, especially on retailers to buy vouchers, they can bloody well email their customers. I go to Petro Canada to collect points on this purchase. Having been with them since the beginning, I believe we deserve that level of communication in the very the least. After all, this is a t-e-l-e-communication company, right? For all those in the community that replied .. Thank You.

buy voucher from Shoppers or Rexall , or online at ding.com, muskbird.com or recharge.com

and if you ever need support to help,  simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

There was a recent announcement that some merchants are not offering PM vouchers.

Most convenient location is shoppers drug mart. Ask the casher and they will scan stack of payment vouchers for certain denominations.
