I had registered auto debit from my debit card but payment yet not debited.

I had to make first payment and second was debited automaticallly.

When I click on payment it's show payment failed

@TarlokNath  sometimes autopay fails for unknown reasons.  If you have no service then you'd have to pay now. Once you do so, restart your phone and it should work.

Yes,I have check the bank and after initial payment no payment yet not debited their after from my bank and services are not operational

did you check the bank and didn't see the PM charges?

do you have no service now?  If you have still have service, just hold.  Also, it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

and if you have no service and you want to make payment to resume, you should see a button Pay and Resume service when you login.  Or if you don't see it, use this link to load enough money
