How do I see how I'm paying for my account? I think I registered my credit card although I don't see how I can confirm this?

Try this link. 

From Overview page, i click the dropdown arrow, payments, Manage Subscription.

I went to payments and I even see a receipt although no references of credit card, although it did go through my credit card

It should be on the "Payment" page. On my phone, it's under "Update Card Information"

Where would I see the last 4 digits of my credit card in my account (referring to public mobile account)

Does your account show the last 4 digits of a registered card? Also, if you check your banking app, it would show a charge from Public Mobile.
