I was charged for 2 different plans on the same account how can u get ahold of someone to fix this

So you paid for Your new subscription,BUT your auto renew for ur old plan was still in affect. So u just have talk to support is all in the ap is all

When you change subscriptions it gives you two options, either change on renewal or change immediately. If you changed immediately even if you paid for your subscription earlier on in the day it will charge you for the new subscription.

Do you request a plan change immediately? If you didn't and you didn't buy anything then you can contact CS_agent. You can use chat bot on button right or use direct link. To use chat bot, sign in and type "I've been overchaged" it will take you to submit a ticket to CS_agent. If it doens't work you can use link below.

No I went to pay ny plan and changed my subscription so when I paid it said it was successful and then later today I was on my banking and noticed I was charged for both my old subscription and my new one

@Katt0481 , by chance did you perform an immediate plan change on your account. That would trigger multiple charges. If you need a payment correction, use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
