Hello my exp dates ony credit card is due to expire when I put the Exp date in it's saying try again later the number is the same only the Exp date changed
Yes I had to give a different credit card. It would allow you me to use the same one. The only thing that changed in the cc was expiration date and security number as I changed it. I still couldn't use the card.
We had the same issue a few weeks back. Super easy to fix. Go into your phone settings, go into apps, find the PM app, then delete the cache and data. Then restart your phone. Wait an hour or so and try again. It should work.
in worst case, just buy payment vouchers and add them to your account for next regular plan renewal. Get vouchers at Shell gas, Walmart or nearest Mobile Klinik in your area.
