I am a new subscriber.

I paid once and got billed directly to my VISA. I subscribed to another plan thinking that it is an upgrade but got billed again. I don't know who to talk to to resolve this problem.

@Gannow   When you change plan you are given two options, change now or change on renewal.  Unless you really need the data before the next renewal it is best not to select change now because Public Mobile is prepaid with no pro-rating if you abandon a plan early.  You can ask customer support if they will  help you out, try submitting a ticket at the chat/message icon at the bottom right of this page.  If that doesn't work then send a private message using this link
