Can't make a payment. it doesn't go true. i've try different ways but there seams to be a problem.

@JOBO_MAX1 - wait an hour before you attempt again, then open a tab in incognito mode, or try a different browser.

Is the card already registered to your account? If so, try calling 611 to make a top up payment.

You can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device),  see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

If continued issues and Chatbot is causing you issues, you can also private message CS_Agent. It should tell you this within the Chatbot if the ticket was not created successfully. Ways to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) via private message below:

 

1-go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support. (link is provided in #2 below as well). 

2 -Use this link (same as #1)  Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)

to resume service first, get a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher using *611

For your credit card issue, check if your account profile has the correct address and postal code as those on your credit card.  We believe PM does not really send those info to credit card, but some people did report fixing those helped

You might also want to open ticket with support for further investigation:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Credit card. and i've refresh my infos to make shure that they would be any mistake. and it still doesn't work. customer service is hard to reach. can't talk to anyone. only a chatrob. which doesn't do anything !

Are you using a credit card or Visa debit card?

Bank cards do not work.

You can only make two attempts per hour. Is this just making a payment with what you have registered? Or are you adding a new card? Is the card valid?
