Shoppers Drug Mart locations have been known to have them.  I would imagine that some family run corner stores do as well.  I've even seen some small family run shops put up signs on their front doors saying that they sell top up vouchers for various prepaid cell phone carriers.

Recharge was more expensive in AB. Now even *more* expensive.

But yes, if the OP has a credit card registered with PM then they could use 611.

Convenience stores that have displays of gift cards probably have those little pinpad terminals that can also access the vouchers. Just ask them to look if you get the Homer stare. They might think of them as minutes or top ups.
