I had entered a payment voucher yesterday and at first said my account is suspended like it would before I got the voucher. So I tried to reput the code into the phone which obviously then gave me the error message "invalid or already used"
Thought maybe it would take a bit of time to credit my account? Got the same amount as always. I even have restarted my phone and turned it off for different periods of time. Please help

No available funds but it says the plan is active

I put in $25 voucher as I always do. And it was saying suspended but now I believe the message has changed to "out of minutes"
Plan is only $25

Depending where you purchase a voucher. It may take longer to activate your account but contact a CS_Agent.

Can you log into self service and see if the voucher amount is in Available Funds. If yes see if you can reactivate your account. Also do any of your services work?

Dial 611 and report back what you hear. What is your plan cost? How much voucher amount did you put in? What is your balance? When is your next renewal or is it suspended?
